Cliff Bleszinski, the co-creator of the Gears of War franchise, has said that he believes the series needs a reboot in the same style as the God of War series. In an interview with ComicBook.com, Bleszinski said that he is “happy to consult” on any ideas that Microsoft may have for the franchise, and that a reboot could be a great way to “modernize” it.
