Kang the Conqueror is the biggest baddie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and we’ve already seen a few different versions of him. But according to Loki season 2 director Dan DeLeeuw, the ultimate Kang has yet to make his appearance.

“I love all the Kangs, I think Kang’s a great character,” DeLeeuw said in a recent interview. “But I don’t know that we’ve seen the ultimate Kang yet. I think he’s still out there somewhere.”
This is exciting news for MCU fans, because it means that there’s even more Kang to come. And with Jonathan Majors playing the role, we know that it’s going to be epic.
So, what could the ultimate Kang be like? Well, he could be a combination of all the Kang variants we’ve seen so far, with their strengths and weaknesses combined. He could be a more traditional version of Kang from the comics, a warlord from the future who travels back in time to conquer the past. Or he could be something completely new and unexpected.
Whatever the case may be, the ultimate Kang is sure to be a major threat to the MCU. He’s a villain who is both intelligent and powerful, and he has the resources to wage war on a multiversal scale.
I’m personally excited to see what DeLeeuw and Majors have in store for us with the ultimate Kang. I think he has the potential to be one of the most iconic villains in the MCU’s history.
