Is Moon Knight Season 2 Cancelled?
As of today, November 26, 2023, there has been no official announcement from Marvel Studios regarding the renewal of Moon Knight for a second season. However, there have been several hints, recent reports from several sources and suggestions from cast and crew members that the show could return for another installment.
In an interview with Esquire in September 2022, Oscar Isaac, who plays the titular role of Moon Knight, said that he had been in “pleasant” conversations with Marvel Studios about his future as Moon Knight. He also mentioned that there had been discussions about both a potential Season Two and a standalone film.
Director Mohamed Diab has also expressed his hope for a second season, saying in an interview with Arabic Marvel in October 2022 that he believes there is still more story to tell with Moon Knight.
While these comments are encouraging, they do not guarantee that Moon Knight will be renewed for a second season.
Is There Any Release Date For Moon Knight Season 2?
Marvel Studios has not yet announced a release date for Moon Knight Season 2. However, the series is expected to return sometime in late 2025 or early 2026 probably before “Avengers: Kang Dynasty“. If show officially renewed for season 2.
